北京大学第六届国际文化节周末开启

历经长达半年的精心筹备，北京大学第六届国际文化节已于近日全面启动。本届国际文化节以“语言的文化之旅”为主题，共涵盖17项活动，前后持续时间近一个月，最令人期待的是10月25日在北京大学百周年纪念讲堂前的广场所进行的开幕式、集中展示和文艺表演，这也创下历年来举办国际文化节活动数量最多，持续时间最长的纪录。

以 “培养青年全球视野，共建和谐国际校园”作为宗旨的北京大学国际文化节，是对北大国际交流与合作成果的集中展示，并已成为北京大学的校园品牌活动。历经五届，国际文化节依然保持着经久不衰的魅力，并沉淀为一种开放的文化气质和博大襟怀。
与前几届国际文化节相比，本届国际文化节选择“语言与文化”作为切入点，从文化交流的各方面继续推进北京大学与海淀区的区校共建。文化节力图通过丰富多彩的活动，让不同国家的青年深入语言背后的思想情绪、人文风土，了解语言所承载的一个民族的历史与传统，进而考察和感知全球化时代壮美多元的文化风景。
文化节分为展览、活动、表演三个部分，届时除了开幕式、舞台文艺表演、主题游园会之外，还将有亚太未来领导人论坛、各国语言文化系列讲座、留学生书画作品展、各国饮食文化展、留学生汉语演讲比赛、留学生十佳歌手大赛等。特别是由教育部主办，定于10月24日晚在北京大学隆重上演的“祝福中国：首都高校留学生文艺晚会”，作为本届文化节的重头戏之一，同时也是首都高校留学生风采的一次集体展示，来自首都多所高校的留学生将用丰富多采的艺术形式表达对中国建国六十周年的美好祝福。
